Roundup River Ranch Camp Application
Roundup River Ranch has a thorough multi-step application process to ensure that all of your child’s needs are met while at camp.
In order for your child’s application to be reviewed you will need to follow these steps:
STEP 1 – Complete the online camper application by creating an account and making a reservation for the appropriate session.
STEP 2 – Once you make a reservation for the corresponding session, you will receive an automatic email containing an authorization and release form, a photo/media release, consent for medical treatment form, a camper contract and camper staff communication policy. Please sign and return these along with a copy of your current insurance card and your child’s up to date immunization record.
STEP 3 – Have the child’s specialist and/or primary care physician complete all required medical information forms and return these completed forms to us.
Our online application will walk you step by step through the process and provide you with all necessary documents.
PLEASE NOTE: The application period for our Fall Family Weekends will begin on May 7, 2012.
