While at camp, we provide comprehensive emotional and medical support for your child. A diverse team of physicians, nurses, camp support staff, and volunteers provide a healthy, fun environment that encourages, applauds, acknowledges and respects each camper.

Medical Support

The cornerstone of Roundup River Ranch is our ability to provide medical care to our campers. Our team of licensed physicians, nurses, physician extenders, and other medical professionals ensures that our campers receive the routine and emergency medical support they need during their camp experience. Each week, various specialists in the disease groups we serve are onsite to provide expert, individualized care, and special attention to meet your child’s unique medical needs.

Our 24/7 medical facilities are kid-friendly and non-institutional, and you won’t find our medical team in lab coats or scrubs. Our medical volunteers participate in your child’s camp experience – attending meals, participating in dance parties, and watching your child soar the zip line. Our team enhances and supports your child’s time at Roundup River Ranch.

Emotional Support

Our staff is dedicated to your child’s emotional health and wellness. Our cabin counselors gain an understanding of our campers prior to their arrival and strive to relate to each camper as an individual. Our camp leadership team ensures that campers are engaged in age-appropriate, fun activities in which they challenge themselves, grow, and learn. The impact of the camp’s supportive environment is evident in fears conquered, self-esteem gained, the new bonds of friendship, and the smiles and laughs that are the hallmark of Roundup River Ranch.

Fun

Camp should be fun for everyone! In each of our programs, we strive to provide all campers with a fun experience. We are keenly aware of the needs of our campers, performing “temperature checks” in which we gauge their comfort level throughout each day. We provide personalized solutions and individual attention to ensure that all campers have the time of their lives.
