Cordillera Cooks for Family & Friends Cookbook
The women of Cordillera, a unique community situated high in the Rocky Mountains, have compiled a cookbook of favorite tried-and-true receipts proved by the Cordillera community and their family and friends. With contributors from all over the United States and abroad, this cookbook represents regional and international fare. This cookbook has an exceptional collection of tested recipes filled with marvelous ideas for entertaining family and friends and eating.

Host a Community Fundraiser to Benefit Roundup River Ranch
As we look toward summer days, outside activities, and fun evenings with family and friends, we ask you to consider hosting an event or function to benefit Roundup River Ranch. Hosting a community fundraiser among your friends and family is a great way to support the camp. The possibilities for events and activities are endless, and any contribution makes a difference.

Past Events
March 2010 proved to be a very busy month of fun events to benefit Roundup River Ranch! We thank all who attended, participated in, and supported our events.
Cordillera Vail Ski Club Race
On March 12, the Cordillera Vail Club hosted a ski race to benefit camp on Vail’s NASTAR Ski Course; 100 percent of the proceeds were donated to Roundup River Ranch. Nearly 50 Cordillera Club members and friends gathered for a morning of excitign ski races and good times with friends, raising more than $3,500.

Vail Jam
Roundup River Ranch was the co-beneficiary of Vail Jam on March 22. Over 250 attendees enjoyed a fantastic evening of dancing and live mustic provided by 50 of our favorite musicians! The generous support we received will provide 20 children with the opportunity to attend camp next summer.

Cordillera Simple Charity Series Snowshoe Shuffle
Our March events concluded with the Cordillera Simple Charity Series Snowshoe Shuffle on March 29. More than 60 participants strapped on their snowshoes and enjoyed a gorgeous 5K snowshoe under a full moon. 100 percent of the proceeds were donated to Roundup River Rnach. The race raised enough money to turn one child’s dream of attending camp a reality.
